First CAS meeting was realy exciting . I learned that the three elements: Creativity, Action and Service will help me to develop my talents, keep fit and learn me of social responsibility. I think that CAS is an important part in the IB programme and maybe in my future life :) I am starting to think that because of the CAS hours I may discover some new side of my personality.
