Theater play

Today me and Kristina went to the theater play "Now or never". It was the best theater I have ever watched. The main part was played by Ivailo Zahariev, who is very famous Bulgarian actor. At the end of the show everybody from the public stand up and applause. It was such a great experience for me.
When I was 7th grade i took acting classes. The first theater play that I took place in was " Nightingale and rose" by Oscar Wild. In fact I played the nightingale. We went to a competition in Ruse where we took second place. :) The theater play today remembered me this and now I am thinking about if I can go to acting classes while I study in the university. :)

Billiard club - competition

Today I practiced my Billiard skills. I feel it like I am better than the last time. I have watched some videos about the billiard and there are a lot of things which I learned about it. Well, probably I need more practice to be good billiard player J  I played twice and I win the second game. However, I do not do it because I want to be a billiard champion - I do it just for fun.

Creativity club

Today our mission was to create something from materials gotten from the forest. We made a human from cones and a forest from cones.

We made the human by using a string and cons. It looks like a puppet. In my opinion our idea is fantastic and the people to whom it will be presented will like it J

    

The forest was the harder work for me. I cut cons and make them looks like threes – it was so painful for my fingers because the cons were very hard. Then we put them on a box and the remainders we stacked together and used it as soil. We also have made some animals - hedgehog, rabbit and a bear.

I think that this initiative will show to the people that they can use natural materials for everything and to not pollute the environment. They also can decorate their homes and to make some toys for their sisters, brothers or children for free just to check out what the forest offer J

Open day

On 22th March was our school open day. Me and the other members of club “Ceramic” made a seals from potatoes. I made a star J Radi one of my classmates made s heart and Marti another my classmate made a leaf.  It was a little bit dangerous because owe work with knifes, but nobody suffered: D By the use of the seals we create cards for charity J At the end of our work we all were dirty of the paints, but the aim thoroughly deserved it J

Concert

Today we were on a concert of all of the schools from Veliko Tarnovo region. Representatives from our school were Piercarlo, Gergana and Silvia. They were dancing and singing and made a great show. In fact Piercarlo is a very good dancer and he dance like Michel Jackson.  I am so proud of all of them. There were students from the other schools who also were very good. My favorite were kids who dance traditional Bulgarian dances and were so cute. Students from “Emilian Stanev” school were the other who I liked. They had a rock band and looked like famous stars from the TV. But in fact I do not know if my opinion is objective of subjective but the best were our representatives.  They were like fireworks on the scene. We supported them with a lot of applause. J 

Theater play " LADIES'ROOM"

Today me and the girls were on a theater play called "LADIES'ROOM". I loved it. There was a little bit about the friendship, treachery and love. We laugh a lot and I am glad we did this because I really needed some quality time with my friends. The actors were very good. I was impressed especially by one of them who in fact is a Bulgarian famous singer. His name is Doni and I can say that his acting is good almost as his singing. I love people who have many talents and are trying to develop them. I believe that when the destiny gives you chance you must catch it, because there may be not another one. I hope that there will be other spectacles with Doni's participation which I will watch :)

Happy Baba Marta

On Baba Marta’s day me and my classmates woke up early and went to school at 7:30 am. We gave handmade martenici to every student. We gave a hearty welcome to all of them and they of course they answered with big smiles J  It is so nice when your day starts with a smile.

Baba Marta is a Bulgarian holiday, which I expect with a big impatience since I was a child. For me it is like the end of the winter and the start of the spring. The weather becomes warmer and I am like e bear standing up from the long hibernation.

Making martenici

We made martenici for Baba Marta’s DayJ.  It was so fun. There were red and white thread everywhere  :D We put pearls on the martenici for the girls. We worked on groups. I was with Kristina and it is a secret but our were the prettiest  :p :D . This practice were good because it was like a teambuilding for us and we develop our skills of creation J

 I love the traditions. In my opinion they are very important part of our life. If I move to another country in the future for sure I will teach my children to the Bulgarian’s traditions.

St. Valentine's Day

On 14th February we sell the cards that we have made. We also went to the municipality and gave cards to all of the workers there. One of the women gave us cookies, which were so tasty. We stick plackets on the front door of the municipality so everyone who went there to be able to see them :) we also gave cards to the walkers on the street and after that we went to the office of newspaper "Qntra dnes" and gave them cards too. They took some photos of us for the newspaper, because people like to see positive things in it and we are kind of a " good thing" in people's everyday life. We wish to everyone to love and to be loved :) that is how we made people's life better on this day :)

Today we made cards for St. Valentine's Day <3 It was a good practice for our creative thinking...

World Smile Day :)

Today we made people smile :) we were at school at 7:30 and welcome all f the students giving them the smile stickers we had made. Most of them has been forgotten that it is the World Smile day, but we remembered it to them :) Oh I love to make people happy this makes me happy too :) I can't wait for the next reason to do this again :) in fact I am trying to make people happy all the time :) sometimes I success sometime not but this can't stop me to keep trying.

Preparation for the "World Smile Day"

Today we have made stickers for the "World Smile Day" :) First of all we chose a "smile picture"- that is how we practice our selective skills, if it can me said in that way, after that we have printed it out and then we painted them in different colors :) there were pink, yellow, green and so on. It was so fun, but I can't deny that it also was hard to paint them right. We are perfectionists so we tried to make them perfect :) I hope that tomorrow the other students from my school will like them and when they see us and the surprise we have prepared, they will smile :)

I want to be perfect tomorrow morning, because I love smiling and if I can say the Smile Day may become one of my favorite days :) that is why I found some information about this day so I can tell it to the other students tomorrow so they will be more informed about it :) in fact the story is so interesting and I am sure that they will like it. Do you know the story? Well I will post it for you :)

The idea of World Smile Day was coined and initiated by Harvey Ball, a commercial artist from Worcester, Massachusetts. Harvey Ball is known to have created the Smiley Face in 1963.The World's first World Smile Day was held in the year 1999 and has been held annually since.

After Harvey died in 2001, the "Harvey Ball World Smile Foundation" was created to honour his name and memory. The slogan of the Smile Foundation is "improving this world, one smile at a time." The Foundation continues as the official sponsor of World Smile Day each year.

The message of the World Smile Day 2010 is "Do an act of kindness. Help one person smile."


:) :) :) In my opinion nowadays we all need to be more positive and there should be more people like Harvey Ball and more events like World Smile Day :)
